Lunch Box Faith

As my 6-year old son stretched and began to open his eyes this morning, he moaned that he didn't pack his lunch the night before (something his parents typically expect him to take care of), worried that he would head off to school empty handed. Anxiety over food, which we have plenty of, was his first thought today.

Jesus said, "O you of little faith," (Luke 12:28) worried about food and clothing; life is about so much more. But I, like my son, get stuck on little things that my Father provides in abundance and seldom do I stretch my faith past a little lunch box to long and prepare for His kingdom.
